The Mach 7 is HOKA's lightweight do-it-all trainer. Slightly firm, low to the ground by HOKA standards and quick enough for tempo work, it covers easy miles through marathon pace without needing a second shoe.

True to size with secure, well-centred lockdown and a heel counter that holds through turns and pace changes. The gusseted tongue meaningfully improves midfoot hold once you snug the laces for faster efforts. The upper is snug with little give, so it can want a short break-in, and wider or higher-volume feet are better off in the wide.
